How each plan works
1. Pay for your CoreVitals plan
2. Collect your blood sample
A licensed nurse visits you at home to perform the draw. They will ship your sample for you.
3. Review your results
Your results are uploaded to the app within a few days. A clinician will call you to walk through your biomarkers and what they mean for you.
4. Take action
All results are tracked in-app over time.
5. You’ll receive your personalised health plan and optional follow-up with our nutritionist.

Our team will call you to get you booked in for your full body MRI at a nearby centre.
4. Scan
Attend your 60-minute MRI.
5. Review your results
Your results are uploaded to the app, and your plan includes three medical consultations plus a nutritionist session. A clinician will walk you through your biomarkers and what they mean for you.
6. A clinician review of your scan images and next steps.
7. Combine data and take action
Blood + MRI results are integrated in-app, giving you a complete view of your internal health.

Once booked, our team will contact you to get you booked in at the nearest MRI centre.
3. Attend your scan
Visit your chosen centre for a 60-minute full-body MRI.
You’ll have a pre-scan screening call and a post-scan consult afterwards to review your images and next steps.
4. Review your results
Your detailed scan images and medical commentary for each region are uploaded to your CoreVitals app.
A doctor will guide you through your results and answer any questions.
5. Take action
All results are stored in-app for reference over time.
