Can CoreVitals help with performance or longevity goals?

Yes, our biomarker tracking is designed to support healthspan optimisation. You’ll receive actionable insights and tips aligned with your personal health goals, such as improving energy, reducing stress, or supporting hormone health.

How much does CoreVitals cost?

Membership is £475 per year, billed upfront. This includes two blood tests a year, and access to your results and insights through our app. You may also choose to increase the frequency of your testing, or add additional tests - this will incur an additional cost.

Do you offer monthly payment plans?

We currently offer an annual plan only, which ensures consistency in testing and engagement every six months.

Can I gift CoreVitals to someone else?

Yes, gifting options will be available at checkout. It’s a unique and meaningful way to support someone’s long-term health.

What happens once I sign up?

You sign up and receive your kit within 2–3 working days
You book a quick appointment at a nearby pharmacy
Bring your kit, have your blood drawn, and post it back to the lab via prepaid mail
Your results are reviewed and uploaded to the CoreVitals platform within 7–9 days
You receive personalised health tips via app and email
You can book a review call with a nutritionist (optional)
You repeat the process again in six months

Is the test done at home or in a clinic?

Your blood draw takes place at a local pharmacy partner. The appointment usually takes 10–15 minutes.

How long does it take to get results?

Typically within 7–9 days from your blood draw.

Will someone help me interpret my results?

Yes. You’ll receive in-app and email guidance, and you can book a call with a CoreVitals nutritionist to review your results in more detail.

Is my data safe with CoreVitals?

Yes. We use bank-level encryption and comply with all relevant UK data protection laws, including GDPR. Your data is never shared without your explicit consent.

Who has access to my data?

Only you and the CoreVitals medical and customer support team. You control whether you share your results with anyone else.

Will my employer or insurer see my results?

No. CoreVitals is a private health platform. We never share your data with employers, insurers or third-party platforms for marketing or underwriting purposes.

Are there any risks with the test?

Blood draws are extremely low-risk. You may experience minor bruising or discomfort. All samples are taken by trained professionals at approved pharmacy locations.
